Hike of Mt. Gwanaksan (Sept. 8, 2012)

4th hike up Gwanaksan.

It took me 1 hrs. 40 minutes  from Sadang Sta. exit 5 to the top.  

Returned via creek running down to Seoul National University, to the end at Seoul National Univ. Sta. exit 2.

The whole hike took 3 hours, 35 minutes (4 hrs. 20 min. door-to-door).

Hike of Mt. Gwanaksan (Sept. 1, 2012)

This was my 3rd hike up Gwanaksan.

As before, I started at Sadang station and went pretty much straight to the top.  It took me 2 hrs. 10 minutes  from Sadang Sta. exit 5 to the peak (with only a couple of brief hydration brieaks).  

I took a different route down, finding a different temple, with some Buddhist event in progress, and then hiked down through Seoul National University, an urban stream-walk, to the end at Sillim Sta. exit 3.

The whole hike took 5 hours.

You will see the weather was not very clear.  It was not hot (approx. 26 degC) but was humid.
